This product uses the high quality polypropylene and the unique additive formula, adopts the special technology production. ZJ-1500 provide one-stop solution for users, with lower odor, full environmental protection, high filtering (0.3um over 95%) and other core characteristics. In addition, it has the characteristics of stable fluidity, narrow molecular weight distribution and excellent spinning performance.

ZJ-1500 suitable for melt-blown production process. Due to the excellent barrier filter, permeability, oil absorption, heat preservation and sound insulation, melt-blown non-woven materials can be widely used in the M layer structure of SMS and SMMS in KN 95/N99 masks, and can also be used in the fields of medical protection, sanitary materials, filtration materials, thermal flocs, oil-absorbing materials, battery baffle, etc.

03｜Method of use

It is recommended to be processed at 230°C ~ 270°C and to melt the spinners in the appropriate melt extrusion equipment.Under the premise of meeting the requirements of product performance, it is suggested to use low processing temperature as far as possible to prevent the thermal oxidation degradation at high temperature, affecting the stability of the product. If the product has more than two processing, also should pay attention to the thermal degradation, when necessary to supplement the processing stabilizer.
