The cam box is mainly composed of a coupling, a bearing box, a camshaft, a box body, a cam, a
bearing back cover, an adjusting screw, a pressing block, a positioning key and other components.
The cam box is driven by a standard oil pump test bench, and the tested electronic control unit
pump (pump nozzle) is mounted on the cam box together with the accessory fixture accessory. The
controller generates a drive signal for the synchronized electronically controlled unit pump (pump nozzle).
The high pressure oil pipe is connected to the unit pump (pump nozzle) and the meter to be tested.
Judging whether the injector is good or bad by the measured fuel injection amount of a given working
condition.

The cam box is mounted on a T-type workbench:
The mounting height of the cam box (the height of the cam shaft center to the test bench mounting
table ) is 125 mm. The positioning key width is 20mm, the height of the motor drive shaft to the work
surface is 125mm, and the width of the T-shaped groove of the work table is 20mm. Special cam boxes
are available according to customer's required mounting height and T-slot size.
1) First, put the entire cam box on the T-shaped table, the positioning button is placed in the
T-slot, and the cam box can move back and forth;
2) Rotate the connecting flange so that the connecting flange boss and the motor shaft coupling
clamping groove are centered, push the cam box forward until the boss enters the clamping
groove 18mm deep (the boss depth is 20mm), and then use the coupling M12 bolt clamping
