Overview:
ZGS-Z.G-/35 series Solar combined transformer substation is a special power equipment integrating step-up transformer, HV current limited fuse, load switch, LV switch and related auxiliary equipments. It transforms the 0.69kV voltage produced by PV power motor into 11kV,and output the electricity through 35KV cable circuit, which is the ideal equipment in wind power complete set equipment.

Framework is steel structure, with steel welded together,frame outside receive aluminium alloy plate, special paint layer, make it has strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance performance.

combined substaion for the whole structure, with the steel plate was partitioned into three relatively independent small room, namedly high pressure chamber,transformer chamber and low pressure chmber, each room lighting all long with the door open and automatic open. the housing top and around all have heat insulating layer, internal equipped with temperature and humidity control device, can adapt to high temperature and high pressure area severe climate change, in order to make the temperature in the cabinet stability and to prevent the internal dew and lengthen the service life of apparatus, improve the box stability and reliability.

Transformer with low loss, low temperature rise, low noise, full seal free maintenance oil-immersed or epoxy resin insulationdry type transformer, fully embodies to save energy, beneficial to th environment, the actuall operation to meet short-term load over laod requirements.

Normal ambient conditions for service:
1. Altitude shall be within 2000m;
2. Ambient temperature range shall be : -40ºC~+40ºC;
3. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceeds 35m/s;
4. Relative humidity: daily average value shall not exceed 95%, monthly average value 90%;
5. Service environment: installed in sites with no fire or explosion danger, serious fifth, chemical corrosion and fierce vibration.
