HF-802AE is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant based on phosphorous and nitrogen
synergism, mainly composed of Piperazine Pyrophosphate, which belongs to the latest generation of halogen
free flame retardant system. Compared with the traditional halogen-free flame retardant system composed of
APP, HF-802AE has higher flame retardant efficiency, thermal decomposition temperature, and better water
desorption resistance, so that it can withstand higher processing temperatures and is suitable for in a wider
range of applications. HF-802AE is widely used in reinforced and non-reinforced materials of thermoplastic
resins such as PE, PP, EVA, TPE, etc., can make the materials reach UL94 V-0, GWIT 750℃, GWFI 960℃
and other flame retardant grades. At the same time fully meet the requirements of RoHS and REACH
regulations. The material using HF-802AE also has the characteristics of low density, low smoke generation,
and low mold corrosion.
