The role of air compressor sensor
Take single screw air compressor as an example, the working process of screw air compressor is divided into four processes: suction, sealing and conveying, compression and exhaust.The frequency converter can change the exhaust volume by changing the speed of the screw rotor. When the air consumption changes, the frequency converter can adjust the exhaust volume of the air compressor by changing the speed, so as to achieve the purpose of constant exhaust pressure and saving energy.
In the air compressor control system, the pressure sensor installed on the back outlet pipe of the air compressor is used to control the pressure of the air compressor.When the air compressor starts, the loading solenoid valve is in the closed state, the loading cylinder does not act, and the frequency converter drives the motor to run without load. After a period of time (there can be any setting of the controller, which is set to 10S), the loading solenoid valve is opened, and the air compressor runs with load.When the air compressor starts running, if the gas consumption of the back end equipment is large, the compressed gas pressure in the gas storage tank and the back end pipeline does not reach the pressure limit, the controller moves the loading valve, opens the air inlet, the motor load runs, and constantly produces compressed gas in the back end pipeline.If the gas equipment at the back end stops using gas, the compressed gas pressure in the pipeline and gas storage tank at the back end gradually rises. When the pressure reaches the upper limit set value, the pressure sensor sends out the unloading signal, the loading solenoid valve stops working, the air inlet filter is closed, and the motor runs without load.When the air compressor runs continuously, the main temperature of the compressor will rise. When the temperature reaches a certain degree, the fan will start to operate to reduce the working temperature of the main engine.When the fan runs for a period of time, the host temperature drops, and the fan stops working when the temperature falls below a certain level
