Minimum pressure maintenance valve is also a one-way valve, can be called the oil tank above the exhaust valve. Located at the outlet of the oil and gas separator above the oil and gas barrel, the opening pressure is set at about 0.45mpa. The minimum pressure valve mainly has the following functions:

(1) Check function: when the pressure in the oil and gas barrel drops after shutdown, it can prevent the return of compressed air in the pipeline.

(2) When starting, give priority to the pressure required by the lubricating oil cycle inside the air compressor to ensure the lubrication of the machine

(3) After the internal pressure of the oil and gas barrel exceeds 0.45mpa, the square opening can reduce the air flow rate through the oil and gas separator, prevent a large amount of air compressor oil from flowing into the gas storage tank, ensure the effect of the oil and gas separator, and protect the oil and gas separator from being damaged by too large a pressure difference.
