Pressure Transducer IR 39853809 Air Compressor Pressure Sensor

Pressure measurement is an integral component of the monitoring method that measures how economically an air compressor is running at all times.

The increasing energy prices have resulted in each unit within a factory always running at an optimal performance level, and for air compressors that means increasing or decreasing the compressor load to meet the changing requirement for compressed air throughout the factory lines.

Air Compressor Pressure Sensors are pressure-sensitive electrical sensing devices used to control the operation of an air compressor. The main function of the sensor is to start the Air Compressor when the pressure in its holding tank drops below a set low point and to stop it when the pressure reaches a set maximum. This allows the compressor to maintain a constant working charge in the system, an essential criteria for industries that are heavily reliant on compressed air. The Air Compressor pressure sensor is typically mounted on the compressor assembly or in another easily accessible location, with the Air Compressor control circuit wired through its internal contacts.
