Screw air compressor oil block common cause failure

The air filter with poor filtration accuracy will make some dust particles in the air unable to be intercepted, and will directly enter the screw air compressor system. • There is leakage on the pipe between the air filter and the air inlet of the main engine.

The common causes of leakage are: air filter is not installed well;The contact area of the air filter assembly is uneven;The contact surface of the air filter and the assembly has dirt attached to it, resulting in leakage;The elastic contact pad on the air filter surface is misplaced;Air filter or air filter assembly rupture, etc.

• Too much water in the oil filter material makes the filter material swell and shrink the micro hole, which reduces the effective separation area of the oil, leads to the increase of oil resistance, and the oil is blocked in advance

Notes for air oil separator :

• The air oil separator can only be replaced, not cleaned;
• Do not connect the filter with a flange.
• The oil return pipe must be inserted into the bottom of the filter to avoid affecting the oil return.
