Use method of precision filter:

1. After the precision filter is installed in place, the flange of each interface is connected with the corresponding flange of the system respectively, and the support leg and the foundation are welded together, or the support leg and the foundation can be fixed with bolts and nuts.

2. When entering the liquid, first loosen the top exhaust valve, and slowly turn into the water valve, the gas in the cylinder is discharged from the exhaust valve. When the water is full of the cylinder, close the exhaust valve, and then open the water outlet valve.

3. Determine the water quality of the inlet, the turbidity is required to < 1NTU, if it is found to exceed the standard, the inlet valve should be closed, check the operation of the equipment in front, until the water quality meets the requirements, can resume operation.

4. Test the outlet water quality and find that the water quality does not meet the requirements, the operation shall be stopped immediately or the inlet and outlet water pressure shall be checked regularly. Normal operation, the pressure difference (import and export water quality) < 0.1mpa, found that the pressure difference > 0.1mpa, can remove the filter element for pickling, continue to use, if too much filter residue accumulation on the filter element, can not pickling clean, can stop the operation, replace the filter element.

5. The steps of replacing the filter element are: close the inlet and outlet water valve, open the exhaust valve and waste outlet, and discharge the liquid in the cylinder body; Open the top cover, remove the filter element, clean the upper and lower chamber of the cylinder body; Insert the replacement of the new filter into the porous seat, the socket is required to be fully inserted into the hole seat, all the new filter insert mouth, with the porous pressure plate cover, screw the rod with the nut, through the porous pressure plate to fix all the filter. But the nut need not be screwed too tight, as long as the filter is not loose.

6. When tightening the bolts to press the flange, do not exert too much force to prevent leakage.

Matters needing attention in filter installation:

• The working pressure cannot exceed the maximum pressure marked on the filter.
• Generally, it should be installed after the aftercooler and the gas storage tank, as close as possible to the point of use and the lowest temperature point.
• The filter should not be installed behind the quick-opening valve to prevent backflow and impact.
• The filter should be installed vertically, and there should be enough space below to replace the filter element.
• The larger filter should be properly supported in the pipeline.
