Air oil separator is an important part of screw compressor.

The oil separator is a key part of rotary air compressor, its performance will directly affect the effective power of the compressor, oil consumption and output airflow stability, clean, dry and other aspects.High quality oil separator, in the correct installation, under the use, not only can ensure the high quality of compressed air, and can ensure to achieve considerable service life.

Oil separator classification:

Sometimes the oil separator is also used as oil, gas, water, sediment and other multiphase separation, buffer, measurement.There are three kinds of shape, vertical, horizontal and spherical.The container consists of four parts:

1.Inlet separation device for separating oil and gas roughly, such as oil retaining groove, screen plate, etc.;

2.An umbrella or mesh mist trap for capturing oil droplets from the gas;

3.A baffle plate for separating gas from liquid;

4.A baffle plate for separating gas from liquid;the liquid level controller of the oil outlet valve and the pressure control valve on the exhaust pipe are controlled by the buoy to maintain the liquid seal state at the liquid outlet and the specified separator pressure.
