The Chain Stitch Computerized Multi Needle Quilting Machine is a high-speed quilting machine with a maximum speed of 1200 RPM. It is designed to provide efficient and precise quilting for various applications. The machine features a new aluminum alloy needle bar and press plate, which are controlled by a double-swinging device without the need for cam lubrication, ensuring clean and uninterrupted quilting.

With its 3 needle rows and adjustable spacing between the needles, this machine offers versatility in quilting patterns and designs. The X-axis movement displacement of 300mm allows for greater flexibility in quilting width. It can handle quilting thicknesses of up to 80mm, accommodating a wide range of quilting projects.

The machine is equipped with a self-developed "YuTeng Quilting System," which supports quilting and embroidering mainstream DST format files, making operation easy and convenient. The computer host utilizes an advanced embedded operating system and a self-developed motion control chip, ensuring fast response speed, long service life, and excellent stability.

The high-speed computerized quilting machine is suitable for quilt, mattress, and comforter production. It offers features such as automatic thread trimming, multi-span and independent patterns, and a wide range of stitch lengths from 1mm to 12mm. The machine is powered by a servo motor, providing speed control and positive inversion for efficient quilting operations.

Additionally, the machine is equipped with infrared safety protection and auto-stop sensors for enhanced safety. It comes with a one-year warranty, and after-sales services such as installation and training can be arranged upon request.
