8cm Sewing Thickness Industrial Multi Needle Shuttleless Quilting Machine 94 Inch

YXN-94-3D is upgrade model from YXN-94-3C. Speed is higher, machine structure and body is stronger, heavier and power higher .
(YXN-94-3D and YXN-4-3C both will use new upgrade software, quilting machine both models, X Y use Fuji servo
motor. YXN-94-3D main motor also use servo motor. YXN-94-3C main motor is not servo motor, using frequency
converter). Even 8cm thickness of material, machine can sewing with precise designs.
Suitable thread:

Upper thread: 210D/3; 150D/3 polyester thread

Bottom thread: 40S/2; 50S/2 spun polyester sewing thread

Application:

It is widely used for quilting fabric and foam together for high-quality mattress cover, or sewing fabric and wadding together for quilt covers, and household ornaments. Hundreds patterns can be chosen.

Function of shuttless quilting machine:
1. Computer operation is easy. Computer mouse draw pattern and usb connection for adding pattern.
2. Needle bar and pressing block take the double rocker avoid the materials be soiled by lube.
3. High rigidity machine body, perfect protecting equipment and steady-going control system.
4. X,Y and main motors are driven by servo system.
5. Test the working state of all sensors and computer in real time.
6. Thread break dectation, auto-stop system when the bottom or upper thread broke by infrared.
7. Auto faults tips for servo motor system and transducer ,which is convenient for maintenance.
8. 360° quilting and limitless multi-span and independent quilting and tack and jump patterns
9. Steady running ,high speed, low noise, very thick material with precise quilting.

10. Auto lift needle and adjust the speed by computer.
