It has flat surface, uniform mesh, firm solder joints, good local machining performance, stability, good weather resistance, double corrosion resistance and other properties.

Green PVC Weld Wire Mesh Rolls 1 inch equals 25.4mm square holes, wire diameter we can produce is 0.7-1.2mm wire diameter, Height range 0.5m-2.2m maxium, length can be 3m-50m not limited. MATERIAL FEATURES

1) Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh Roll (GRADE IV, V, VI) plays a certain role in building thermal insulation and anti cracking engineering. There are two kinds of external wall plastering mesh: hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh roll GRADE IV AND GRADE V (long service life, strong anti-corrosion performance); GRADE VI --redrawing welded wire mesh (economic benefits, flat mesh surface, white and shiny). According to the requirements of the region and construction unit, the reasonable material selection is carried out. The specifications of plastering welded wire mesh are: 12.7 × 12.7mm, 19.05x19.05mm, 25.4x25.4mm.

2) Hot Dip Galvanized welded wire mesh roll (GRADE III and GRADE IV) is used as animal breeding cage, the wire diameter is about 1.6-3mm, the mesh surface is smooth, and animals will not be scratched. The amount of zinc on galvanized welded wire mesh is uniform, and it is not easy to rust. It is more convenient to use, and the living environment of animals is more comfortable. Of course, the price is much cheaper than that of stainless steel series.

Q3: What is the difference between Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh and PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh?

PVC Coating is a process which is after galvanized welded wire mesh. PVC powder adheres to the surface of galvanized welded wire mesh by high temperature. PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh is mainly used for garden fence, poultry breeding, supermarket shelf and decoration. It has bright color, elegant appearance and double-layer anti-corrosion and anti-rust functions. Green is the most commonly used color, other colors can also be customized according to your needs.

MOQ is 50 rolls for common standardized products; For Customized Products, MOQ should be negotiated in advance. There is no MOQ for sample orders.
