Barbed wire is twisted and braided by fully automated barbed wire machines. The finished types are monofilament twisted braid and double wire twisted braid. The raw material is high quality low carbon steel wire. The surface treatment process is divided into electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, plastic coated, sprayed several kinds. There are blue, green, yellow and other colors. Widely used in pasture boundary, railroad, highway isolation protection.

Three methods of twisting and braiding of barbed wire: positive twisting, reverse twisting, positive and negative twisting.
Positive twisting method: twist two or more wires into a double wire rope and then wrap the barbed wire around the double wire.
Reverse twisting method: firstly twist the barbed wire on the main wire (i.e. single wire) and then add another wire to twist and braid it into double stranded barbed wire.

Forward and reverse twisting method: Twist and braid in the opposite direction from where the barbed wire is twisted around the main wire.

MASS PRODUCTION PROCEDURE

Producing Galvanized Barbed Wire is relatively simple. It is produced by an automatic machine, through which the line wire and the barb wire are twisted together and then rolled into a coil. See the pictures below. The speed of the machine is fast, so the production capacity is also excellent.
