Hollow Block Making Machine Description
QT12-15 block machine is made of steel Q235B, welded by CO2 gas protective welding, the machine structure is strong resistance to vibration. It adopt crank structure material feeding system which can feed material in the machine quickly and stably, reduce the impact force on the feeding box which can longer the feeding box life.
It produces various bricks/blocks including color-face bricks (layered material feeding), through-body tiles, lock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, hydraulic blocks, hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks etc.
The PLC intelligent control system equipped with complete logic control and production program, malfunction diagnosis system fault diagnosis system
and remote control function. Simple and easy operation.
The feeding teeth 360°rotate mixing raw material evenly.
Feeding box adopt double pulleys and pressing spring to prevent from scattering materials.
Synchronizing gear guarantee accurate movement of the mold, make mould pressing effectively enhance the finished block quality density .
Vibration system obtains the simultaneous platform vibrating works with mould pressing produce concrete block. Four vibration motors, vertical vibration onto four corners of the platform, vibrate strong and evenly, can produce density blocks and bricks, with low noise and effective protection for the machine frame.
Frequency motor makes the vibration platform high frequency and lower amplitude, so the platform vibration is more stable and less noise.
Hydraulic system facilitated with imported hydraulic components and seal, high dynamic performance proportional valve, control oil quantity and pressure automatically.
Mould is made of manganese steel with high strength. line cutting chronology adoption ensure the precision of mould shape. Carburizing heat treatment and underwater welding enhance the strength of steel prolong the mould life.
