Large Capacity Self Loading Concrete Mixer With Pump, Js1500 Electric Concrete Mixer Machine is the dual-axial mixing machine, which has double superiority to do independent operations alone, and to form a simple type concrete mixing station with PLD series ingredients machine,and can also provide the supporting host machine to mixing station.


It could be applied to all kinds of large, medium and small precast component factories and roads, bridges, water conservancy, wharf, and other industrial and civil building engineering. It could be used to mix the hard concrete, plastic concrete, liquidity concrete, light weight aggregate concrete and various kinds of mortars, and it is an efficient type of machine with very extensive application.

Twin-shaft JS1500 concrete mixer is double horizontal axles forced mixers with two advantages of independent performance or forming simple concrete mixing plants with PLD series of batching machines.


Twin-shaft JS1500 concrete mixer adopt involute planetary gear reducer; the gimbals transmission shaft insures circumgyrate at the same speed in-phase of the two mixing shafts.


Twin-shaft JS1500 concrete mixer adopt hydraulic manual device which can be used for discharging when power lost emergently.


Twin-shaft JS1500 concrete mixeradopt monitored control system which can monitor the amount and temperature of oil in reduction gear box and discharging pump. Meanwhile, the running mixer can be remotely monitored in the operation room.


Twin-shaft JS1500 concrete mixer adopt four-class sealing system which can prevent coarse sand, water and concrete contact with the shaft end and prolong the service life of the concrete mixer.
