This machine is specially designed for some remote areas without electricity to achieve mechanized construction. The principle is the existing JZC750 concrete mixer is installed a diesel power generation system, and this system can supply electricity power to make sure the normal running of mixer. The generating system's out power is 15KW, so it can also supply extra part of electricity power to other small devices, as concrete vibrators and lighting equipments, while it's keeping the mixer's operation.

In addition, the machine can also match the external power directly, achieves diesel-electric dual-use.

JZC series electric mobile concrete mixers are self falling type reversed discharge concrete mixing machine. The mixing drum is driven by gear ring. In working style, clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging. In non-working style, the concrete mixer can move to other working site by trailer dragging.

How to maintain the mixer?

Make sure you clean the mixer on a regular basis, including the mixing paddles and drum.

You can clean your mixer using a water hose to wash away the cement before it forms concrete buildup, which is harder to get rid of. If you see concrete buildup in the drum, use a pressure washer to remove it.

If a pressure washer is unable to remove the buildup, you can get rid of buildup by carefully chipping it away with a chisel.
