Use concrete pumps safely
1 Use concrete pump according to the operating instructions and other safety regulations.
2 All devices that prevent accident such as warning notices, barrier and metal baffle are kept complete and used normally, and nobody can modify and cancel them!
3 For high pressure pumping,if oil pressure exceeds 22Mpa,operator must take the following safety measures:
● Periodically replace the delivery couplings,gaskets and bend pipes within 3m to the operator.
● Separate delivery lines in whose hazard zone(1ess than 3m)operators have to set foot must be screened with wooden boards or metal etc.

Pumping resistance and concrete pump selection
The pumping resistance determines the technical scheme of concrete pumping construction.
Although we can not calculate the pumping resistance accurately, we can make a preliminary calculation according to the theoretical research results and practical experience data, and get the results for reference.
In this way, the blind pursuit of high value of concrete pump outlet pressure, resulting in the phenomenon of "the big horse pulled the little cart" (such a scheme is neither economical nor safe).
The calculation method of pumping resistance can be carried out in accordance with appendix B of< JGJ/T 10-2011 Technical specification for construction of concrete pumping>.
