Product Introduction

JS series twin shaft concrete mixer is suitable for all kinds of prefabricated component factories and hydraulic, road, bridge and other industrial and civil construction projects to mix dry hard concrete, fluid concrete, light aggregate concrete and various mortars. The concrete mixers not only can be operated independently, but also can be a simple mixing station with the corresponding batching machine.

1. Mixing blades

The mixing system adopt the design of multi mixing blades, free of dead corner, which enables to have the perfect mixing efficiency in a short time.

2. Electric lubricating pump

National patent host monitoring system can monitor hydraulic pump ,retarder oil temperature, oil level. Users could discover and deal with faults in time, which could improve the service life.

3. Gear box(Reducer)

Adopt Italy gear box, long service life,lower noise, no oil leakage.

4. Axle-end seal

Shaft end seal with unique pressure differential multiple sealing technique, where there was a substantial increase of shaft service life.

5. Discharging system

Advanced hydraulic discharging door . In condition of sudden power outage ,the discharging door can be opened by hand, prevent concrete from lumping in the mixer.

1) High mixing evenness, short mixing time, long life span for wearing parts, easy operation and maintenance.

2) Liner plate is made of high quality chromium, harder and longer lasting reinforced body frame, make machine securely in position.

3) Additional two limited-switches for running safety and machine running more smoothly.

4) The tracks or unloading height can be modified upon customers’ request.

5) Adopt advanced hydraulic drive equipment, avoiding the situation that mixer cannot discharge.


6) The protective hoop is made of high quality steel, wear-resistant and corrosion resistant.


7) The shaft end does not need to be injected with any lubricant to save cost.
