Brief Introduction:

Principle of the machine structure: The steel bending and bending hoop mainly consists of four parts: the transmission mechanism, the frame, the bending and bending hoop fixture and the electrical control. During operation, the motor drives the gear via the V-belt and the pulley, and then the gear rotates the working disk. According to bending capacity, it can be classified GW40,GW45B,GW50,GW55 model bar bending machine with manual, automatic, PLC.

Steel bar bending machine is suitable for various of geometric shapes that are required for the processing of various ordinary carbon steel and rebar in construction engineering.

Main Features:

1. Worm gear structure.

2. Strengthen the worm gear, steel section play worm.


3. Forged solid external gear.

4. Full solid square steel, disc, surface grinding machine processing.

5. Spindle adopts NJ215 roller bearing.

6. Adjustable motor board, tension triangle belt.

7. Automatic type: Set the stop screw and open the T-Shaped groove on the side of the working disc. The working disc can automatically return to the position when selecting a certain angle to improve the efficiency.

8. CNC type: the use of solid working discs, using encoder and PLC CNC operation panel, more convenient, the angle is more accurate.
