Q1: Solution to High Temperature of Suspension Bearing of Spiral Feeder?
A: Improper azimuth installation, the treatment is to adjust the azimuth of suspension bearings.
B : Abnormal friction occurs when solid bulk materials are mixed into the machine. The treatment method is to tidy up foreign bodies and test run them to normal operation.
Q2: Solution of Vibrating Screen Fault?
1. The screening effect is not good. The following aspects should be checked and maintained.
(1) Blockage of screen hole or damage of screen surface.
(2) The moisture content of raw coal is too high.
(3) Screening feed is uneven.
(4) The material on the screen is too thick.
(5) The screen is not tight.
(6) Stop screening, clean screen or replace screen surface.
(7) The inclination angle of the shaker can be adjusted.
(8) Adjusting the feeding quantity.
(9) Reduce the amount of feed.
(10) Tighten the screen
2. Screen speed is not enough to drive belt loose should be checked and maintained from the following aspects.
(1) Bearing oil shortage.
(2) The bearing has dirt.
(3) too much oil is injected into bearings or the quality of oil does not meet the requirements.
(4) Bearing wear.
(5) Oil injection.
(6) Clean the bearing, replace the sealing ring and check the sealing device.
(7) Check the condition of oil injection.
(8) Replacement of bearings.
