Introduction of Planetary Concrete Mixer

JN series planetary concrete mixer adopted Germany technique used for mixing concrete.The vertical shaft concrete mixer is not only applies in common concrete,precast concrete but also in high performance concrete. Planetary concrete mixers widely apply to produce precast concrete, common commercial concrete and high performance concrete. It is suitable for mixing dry hard concrete (roller compacted concrete). It is widely used in the production of building blocks and prefabricated parts, and also can be used to produce of steel fiber reinforced concrete,color concrete and dry mortar, etc.

Features of Planetary Concrete Mixer

  • Adopt combined installation for transmit part and mixing drum, conveniently for assemble and maintain equipment, the concrete never meet transmit part, so there is no leakage problem.
  • The main parts, such as reducer, bearing and oil-seal system, are original imported, reliable in transmission.
  • Blades & linings adopt high chrome wear-proof materials with long working life.
  • Equipped with a mechanical coupling and a hydraulic coupling (option), which can protect the transmission device from overloads and impacts.
  • Adopt rotary planetary concrete mixer blades, be known for complex trajectories (has both revolution and autorotation), has high-efficiency mixing quality.
  • High-sensitive security switches are used in the maintaining door as optional parts.
  • Aggregate bucket can be chosen according to the requirements of customers.
