PioneerTEX Glass-Polypave

Glass Filament Reinforced Nonwoven Paving Mat Geocomposite Coated Bitumen for Asphalt Overlay Reinforcement

Instruction:

PioneerTex Glass Filament Reinforced Nonwoven Paving Mat is an asphalt reinforcement composite which combines a high tensile E type Fiberglass grid with a lightweight non-woven by warp-knitting processing. Then both of them coated with modified bitumen to strengthen the bond with the asphalt layers.

This glass-polypave composite provides excellent performance in stress relief and to prevent reflective cracking in asphalt overlays. PioneerTex glass filament reinforced nonwoven paving mat geo-composite provides significantly greater tensile strength at low strain when compared to the conventional paving fabric and mats, which reduces maintenance costs by delaying reflective cracking and extends the service life of the overlay.

Pioneer's Glass-Polypave® is Glass filament reinforced light weight nonwoven composite for asphalt overlay,which was
made of continuous glassfiber yarn and PP/PET SB NW.The glassfiber yarn was warp-knitted into one layer of PP/PET
Spunbond Nonwoven to create the integrated geocomposite. Polypave was treated by special asphalt coating on both
sides to improve its waterproof performance further.This product make the best advantage of continuous glassfiber
yarn woven geogrid and SB Nonwoven Geotextile .So it is very suitable for anti-crack pavement application.
