The working principle of the proportional solenoid valve combines the action of the electromagnet and the valve body. The electromagnet consists of a coil and an iron core, and when the coil is energized, the iron core generates a magnetic field, which exerts a magnetic force on the valve core, making the valve core move. The valve body is composed of a valve head, a spool and a seat, and the movement of the spool changes the position of the valve head relative to the seat, so as to realize the adjustment of the medium or the flow rate.

The proportional solenoid valve precisely controls the movement of the spool through the proportional amplification circuit, thus achieving accurate flow regulation. The proportional amplifier circuit consists of a circuit board, a capacitor, a resistor and an amplifier. By adjusting the size of the resistance, the voltage can be changed to control the magnetic field strength of the electromagnet, and then control the amount of movement of the valve core. The amplifier amplifies the input signal to increase the sensitivity and response speed of the spool, while the capacitor is used for filtering to reduce interference and clutter.

When the proportional solenoid valve is switched on, the control signal is converted into voltage through the proportional amplification circuit to control the magnetic field strength of the electromagnet. The magnetic field generated by the electromagnet acts on the iron core, making the valve core move and changing the opening of the valve body. By changing the opening of the solenoid valve, the flow rate can be adjusted to achieve accurate flow control.

In summary, the working process of the proportional solenoid valve includes: after the power is switched on, the control signal is converted into voltage through the proportional amplification circuit, the magnetic field strength of the electromagnet is controlled, and the magnetic field acts on the iron core to move the valve core, changing the opening of the valve body, so as to adjust the flow rate.
