Grouting Pump Application:

1. ZBS cement grout pump can be used to grout cement paste, mortar and other liquid (particle size ≤ 3mm).Medium temperature is between 5 to 80 ℃.The water cement ratio (weight ratio) of solid-liquid mixture should be 0.75 or higher. The maximum output pressure should be 4 MPa, and work flow 3.6 m3/h.

2. ZBS cement grout pump is widely used pressure grout in tunnels, coal mine, bridges and dams, building foundation, and other underground projects.

3. ZBS cement grout pump can work in inflammable and explosive sites,dusty and rainy environment or other bad conditions.

Grouting Pump Features:

1. ZBS3.6/4-5.5 cement grout pump is a single cylinder double action piston pump.

2. ZBS grout pump is mainly composed of pump head, pump body, frame, protective cover, clutch, water filter, air chamber and pressure gauge. The pump body, pump head, frame and other parts are bolted to facilitate the decomposition of difficult transportation and removal.
