KLW-180D screw mortar sprayer is specially designed for on-site construction at construction sites. It is used for pumping and spraying cement mortar, dry mortar, fiber mortar, thermal insulation mortar, anti-cracking mortar, refractory mortar and self-leveling mortar. It can also be used for pressure filling and grouting of the above materials.
The mortar spraying machine is mainly composed of a diesel engine, a pulley, a reducer, a storage hopper, a booster stator, a booster screw, an air compressor, an air supply system, wheels, a conveying pipeline, a spray gun assembly, etc.
The diesel engine drives the reducer, conveying screw and air compressor to transport the material from the storage hopper to the booster bin composed of the booster screw and the booster stator for step-by-step pressurization, and then transport it to the spray gun through the conveying pipeline. At the muzzle position, the high-pressure air output by the air compressor sprays the material evenly onto the wall.
