Hydraulic system

·The oil inlet and outlet of the pump are equipped with high-precision filters with a maximum filtration accuracy of 10um.
Electrical control system
·Color graphic display on the console display, which integrates fault diagnosis, status display, prompt alarm light functions,
·Steering, longitudinal slope and transverse slope are electronically controlled automatically, and the sensor and controller adopt CAN bus communication.
·Standard piping has 2 longitudinal slope sensors, 1 lateral slope sensor and 1 steering sensor.
walking system
·Consists of variable pump, hydraulic valve, hydraulic motor, reducer, crawler belt and control system
·Two-track drive and four-wheel driven walking, the walking speed is steplessly adjustable.
flushing system
·The pressure of the high-pressure flushing system can be set according to the needs, and the conventional pressure is set to 5MPA, which meets the flushing requirements.
Feeding system
·Use cement mixer truck or excavator to directly discharge the material into the hopper.
Vibration compaction system
·U.S. imported vibrator, square shell, hydraulic drive.
·The standard configuration is 2 vibrating rods, 6 vibrating oil circuits, and the frequency of 0~167Hz is steplessly adjustable.
