In comparison with copper, ACSR conductors have considerable technical and economical advantages in the installation of overhead lines. Its characteristics, and low weight, combined with its high breaking strength, are gathered which makes it possible to have large span runs, without having to revert to excessive mechanical stresses or to heavy metallic Towers. Due to the greater diameter of the conductors, electric losses by the corona Effect are greatly reduced. By making use of these properties economical electric energy transmission is attained at very high voltages and distances.

2.Application

Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. ACSR Conductor offers optimal strength for line design. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity. ACSR Conductor are used extensively for overhead ground wires, river crossings etc. These ACSR Conductors are available with us in various types for meeting the exact requirements of the clients.

Our electrical cable export packing is specially made to ensure that the quality of the products will be not affected during the transportation. Our electrical cable is using electrical cable wheel for the packing, the wheel can be all steel, steel frame and fumigated wood, or fumigated wooden cases. We are using different packing for different length of the cable, to ensure there will be no problem during the delivery of the products.

1. If the diameter of the wheel is longer than 2 meters, we are using all steel wheel to pack the products

2. If the diameter of the wheel is between 1.4meters to 1.8meters, we are using steel frame and fumigated wood to pack the products.

3. If the diameter of the wheel is less than 1.4meters, we will use the fumigated wooden wheel to pack the products

4. For the packing of the electrical wires and small quantity of cables, we will use the fumigated wooden box to pack.
