Injection Molding Machines: We have 43 machines, buyed from Japan Fanuc, Taiwan YiZhan and China HongRui.
4. Processing methods/ technologies: For the automobile mold parts, it is processed by precision grinders and electrical discharge machines.
5. Processing equipments: Milling , Grinding, Wire cutting, EDM, etc.
6. Application: It's assembled on a car mold as a components.
7. Surface treatment: For this mold part, its surface treatment is polishing. And other surface treatments can be available in our factory, such as: PCD caoting, DLC caoting and mirror polishing, etc.
8. Design software: UG, PRO/E ,CATIA, SOLIDWORK, CAD, PDF, etc.
1. Product Application:
These connector mold parts were fabricated for molded pin connector and were designed for use in a high volume electronics application. It required precision as well as durability, and required features that would enhance the manufacturability of the finished parts. They are designed to allow for frequent change overs during production, while maintaining a high degree of precision.

Parts are manufactured utilizing our precision surface grinding, and EDM machines which include Mitsubishi EDM, Sodick EDM, and Charmille EDM.
