6. Application: It's assembled on a car mold as a components.

7. Surface treatment: For this mold part, its surface treatment is polishing. And other surface treatments can be available in our factory, such as: PCD caoting, DLC caoting and mirror polishing, etc.

We are professional manufacturer for special engineering resin such as PEEK,PAEK, , PPSU , PEI , LCP , PPS , PFA , PUDF , PCTG , PET , PA66 , PCS etc. Material temperature max 430C and mold temperature max 180C.
