SV-999 silicone structural sealant is a one-component, neutral curing, designed for glass curtain wall, aluminum curtain wall, glass daylighting roof and metal structural engineering structural assembly silicone sealant. It shows an effective physical properties and strong bonding performance.Excellent water and weather resistantance property.

Application Cases

Structural sealant high strength, can withstand large loads, and resistance to aging, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, performance in the expected life of stability, suitable for strong structural parts of the adhesive bonding.

Use restrictions

Siway SV999 building structural silicone sealant is suitable for the structural assembly. In the following situations is unfavorable also use:

Δ all ooze a grease solvent, plasticizer, or materials, some unvulcanized or part of the vulcanized rubber and adhesive tape, etc.;

Δ dense airless parts (silicone sealant should be in the air moisture curing);

Δ submerged for a long time, at the age of underground moist environment;

Δ paint surface, may be caused by film cracking or spalling seal failure;

Δ frost or wet surface;

The surface of the Δ will direct contact with food;

Δ easily by mechanical wear and tear;

Δ fire sealing system.
