Building Lifts Elevators Main Parts
1. The gearing adopts imported bearing, enameled cable, and oil seal.
2. The electric parts adopt products from world renowned manufactures such as Schneider, Siemens, and LG.
3. The racks and pinion adopts special material and heat-treatment technique, which prolong the life of these parts.
4. The steel structure uses quality steel from famous domestic manufactures.
5. The surface of the structure can apply paint-spray, parkerozing baking finish or hot galvanizing processing according to users requirements,
6. The cage can be produced and decorated by aluminum molded board, punched-plate or figured aluminm board.
Building Lifts Elevators Configuration
There is a small crane for conenient assembly of the construction lift.
There is the additional 'C' door at cage side for convenient loading/unloading.
Available in single or twin hoist cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion elevators are Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
Lighting inside construction elevator car is LED ceiling lamp
The construction material hoist cage roof doors are equipped with Interlock.
