Rack And Pinion Hoist Design
It is the truly modular rack and pinion hoist design, so the elevator drive devices and cars are generic and interchangeable.
The modular and standardizing system makes the Kangbo construction elevators be flexible, efficient, safe, productive, low energy consumptive and ownership cost, making them the best choice for both construction and rental companies.
Production and Materials
KANGBO implements the true modular design of rack and pinion hoists, standardization and fine finishing of lifts parts and spare parts, and assembly line production. The material elevator components are versatile and universal.
Main structure frame are made of 16Mn and Q345 high strength cold roll steel plate, cut by laser, process by CNC machines in tool fixtures, welded by robots.
The construction lift cage roof is made by a full steel plate, and the edges are totally welded, to ensure no water leakage and high strength.
Rack And Pinion Hoist Configuration
There is a small crane for conenient assembly of the construction lift.
There is the additional 'C' door at cage side for convenient loading/unloading.
Available in single or twin hoist cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion elevators are Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
