Main Features

Rely on motor drive gear, rolling up and down on the gear.

Standard Configuration

An electrical small crane is equipped to facilitate the assembly of the construction elevator.
Available in single or twin hoist cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion hoist is Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear, very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
There is LED lighting inside construction elevator cabin.
Lighting inside construction elevator car is LED ceiling lamp
The construction hoist cage roof trap door is also equipped with Interlock.
Equipped with hoist drop test facility with remote control.
The rack and pinion elevator is truly modular designed.
It is manufactured as per European Regulation EN 12159:2012, EN 60204-1:2006/A1:2009.
