Our conventional coiled tubing raw material has low content of sulfur and phosphorus, suitable mechanical properties, uniform microstructure, the flexion ratio of steel coil is lower than 0.80, and the strength performance difference of different parts is within 50MPa. All mechanical properties comply with API Spec 5STStandard and have excellent fatigue resistance.

Type: Conventional coiled tubing(CT)
Advantages: high-strength, excellent fatigue resistance.
Reference material: CT70, CT80, CT90, CT100, CT110
Standard: API Spec 5ST
OD: 3/4 " to 3 1/2" (19.1 mm to 88.9 mm)
Thickness: 0.075 " to 0.3" (1.9mm~7.6mm)
The dimensions can be customized according to API Spec 5ST or user requirements.
