Self aligning friction guiding roller return idler for conveyor belt

Our products are widely used in thermal power generation, harbours, cement plants, metallurgy and as well as the light duty conveying devices for industries.

RKM-NS Model addes a sealed cover in its design. The distance between the sealed cover and bearing provides the bearing with a dust proof to ensure a longer working lift. This design is suitable for a normal working environment.

Impact idler protect the belt by absorbing impacts at loading and transfer points. They are available in angles of 20, 35 and 45 degrees, and any other angle are also manufactured as per customer's design and drawings of the impact idler. Eropean DIN standard, America CEMA standard, Japan JIS standard are available in Stock.

Idlers are vital to the conveying process. They support the belt and conveyed material along its full length preventing it from stretching, sagging and eventually failing. Conveyor idlers are often required to operate in harsh environments such as dirty, dusty, high humidity, and drastically high or low temperatures.
