Waterproof 500mm Motorized Conveyor Pulley
Driving Pulley Electric Pulley Head Conveyor Pulley with Inside and out Side Motor

The motorized pulley has many advantages such as compact structure,small footprint,easy installation,longerlife,high transmission efciency,low noise,smooth and reliabe operation.It can work in the wet,muddy,dusty and other harsh conditions.

The explosion-proof electric roller is used as the driving device of conveying machinery in the explosive mixture environment formed by combustible gas, gas, dust, etc.
The product is an ideal driving device for various fixed belt conveyors. It adopts planetary cycloid reducer inside of the housing, which has the characteristics of large bearing capacity, strong overload capacity, stable transmission, low noise, long service life, etc. It can meet the requirements of various backstop and rubber coating.

The turning pulley is used for changing the direction of the belt running or increasing the wrap angle between theconveyor belt and the driving pulley As per different carrying capacities,the bend pulley can be divided into three calegories:light duty,medium duty and heaw cluty.The pulley which is used for extending the contact surface,is usualy used for belowor equal to 45 degree bending.The sutace treatment of the bend puley can be smooth stel and fat rubber lagging.

Working condition:
  1. -15ºC~40ºC The ambient temperature is - 15 ºC ~ 40 ºC;
  2. 1000meters Altitude not more than 1000M;
  3. 60ºC The temperature of conveying materials shall not exceed 60 ºC;
