Coal Mining Belt Conveyor Anti-Fire Impact Resistance Roller

Using of lagging at belt conveyor will avoid belt slip between belt conveyor and drive unit. Slip usually is caused by presence of water.

Impact roller is one of the examples of conveyor lagging. The type of conveyor lagging should be selected by customer according to its application.

Beside as slip prevention, impact roller will give some benefits include abrasion resistance, friction reducer, etc.

The impact conveyor roller production process is as following:

1.Pipe Cutting: After the treatment, the pipes are cut into fixed length;

2.End Boring: In this step, boring is processed. With our automatic double end boring machine, we make sure that the roller pipe is treated under the same level;

3.Bearing Welding: Two bearings are pressed into the pipe, and welded together with the pipe;

4.rubber: As cutomers requirement we will make rubber lined, rubber rings or rubber coated on the pipe.

5.Shaft Cutting: Similar to the pipe cutting process, the shafts are cut into same length and the section is flat;

6.Shaft Milling: At this stage, the shaft is treated at two ends, making into the flat ends;

7.Final Assembling: In this last step, the pipe and the shaft are pressed into a steel tube conveyor roller with the automatic press assembling machine.

Impact idler will help the service life of the belt conveyor to be longer, because it can reduce the impact of the falling materials on to the belt. The Impact Roller was explored for corrosive environment, such as coal washing plant, coking plant, chemical plant. The body and seals of impact conveyor rollers are all made by polymer.
