Steel Roller Conveyor Roller Idler Carrier Roller With Bracket

The Carrying roller steel pipe adopts the special high-frequency welded pipe for the roller, and the inside of the pipe is deburred, and the roundness is controlled within a special tolerance range. The Carrying roller shaft is made of cold drawn steel processed according to standard tolerances. The bearing seat of the supporting roller is made of imported cold-rolled steel plate through multiple stamping processes. The carrier roller shell and the bearing housing are welded together by an automatic welding manipulator to form an integral structure with high strength.

Carrying roller The roller bearing adopts the large clearance deep groove ball double-sealed bearing of well-known domestic and foreign brands, so that the roller has ideal static and dynamic balance, and its rotation resistance is better than the national standard. The carrier roller seal is specially designed to integrate the characteristics of foreign and domestic labyrinth seals, forming a unique sealing method, filled with high-speed, high-temperature and ultra-low-temperature anti-oxidation lithium-based ester, effectively preventing impurities, water, and air from reacting Erosion inside the roller.
