Specialized hydraulic press
Front and back servo deep drawing machine for kitchen appliances
Application: Forming processes such as overall deep drawing, folding, punching, etc. for the outer shell and inner metal parts of kitchen appliances such as range hoods, stoves, disinfection cabinets, ovens, and steamers.
The workbench with widened and optimized design features is particularly suitable for the forming characteristics of kitchen appliances. The rack has been optimized with small deformation, good rigidity, uniform force distribution, and high forming accuracy. The CNC control system is easy to operate and adjust, with a user-friendly interface. Reserve network data transmission interfaces to facilitate the construction of intelligent manufacturing MES systems. Advanced servo motor pump controlled hydraulic system, precise, energy-saving, efficient, and low-noise control of pressure, displacement, and speed. One click switch between forward/reverse deep drawing function. When using reverse drawing technology, the lower cylinder performs upward drawing, the main cylinder maintains pressure, the edge pressure is stable, and the hydraulic system generates less heat. Optional punching buffer function. Adding buffer cylinders effectively reduces noise and hydraulic impact during punching and punching.
Operating instructions for the servo deep drawing machine for kitchen appliances
1, Preparation before startup
Check the appearance of the equipment to ensure that there are no damaged, deformed, or loose parts.
Check if the power connection is normal and if the grounding is reliable.
Check the lubrication system to ensure that there is sufficient lubricating oil at each lubrication point.
Check if the mold installation is secure and if the mold fits well with the equipment.
2, Startup steps
Turn on the main power switch of the device.
Start the control system and wait for the system initialization to complete.
Preheat the equipment for 10-15 minutes to ensure that all components reach their normal operating temperature.
3, Parameter settings
According to the drawing process requirements of kitchen appliances, parameters such as drawing depth, drawing speed, and pressure are set in the control system.
For the forward and reverse deep drawing operations, set the relevant parameters for the forward and reverse directions separately.
4, Loading and positioning
Place the board to be processed on the workbench and use a positioning device to accurately fix it.
5, Forward deep drawing operation
After confirming the accurate positioning of the sheet, activate the forward drawing button.
The equipment performs forward deep drawing action according to preset parameters and closely observes the deformation of the sheet metal.
6, Reverse deep drawing operation (if any)
After the forward drawing is completed, perform the reverse drawing operation.
Similarly, activate the corresponding button and the device will perform a reverse deep drawing action.
7, Unloading and Inspection
After the deep drawing process is completed, stop the equipment operation.
Carefully remove the formed kitchen appliance components and check if their size, shape, and surface quality meet the requirements.
8, Shutdown steps
After completing the production task for the day, stop the operation of the equipment first.
Turn off the power supply of the control system.
Turn off the main power switch of the device.
9, Precautions
Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with the operation and performance of the equipment.
During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands or other objects into the work area.
In case of equipment failure or abnormal situation, the machine should be stopped immediately and maintenance personnel should be notified for inspection.
Regularly maintain and upkeep the equipment, including cleaning, fastening, lubrication, and other related tasks.
Please note that the above operating instructions are only examples, and the actual operating instructions should be detailed and adjusted according to the specific equipment model and the manual provided by the manufacturer.
