Description
The detailed working process of the wire winding hydraulic press is generally as follows:
Preparation before startup: Check the appearance of the equipment to ensure that there are no damaged, deformed, or loose parts; Check the hydraulic oil level to ensure it is within the normal range; Check the electrical connections to ensure there are no looseness or short circuits; Check whether the mold installation is firm and whether the mold and equipment fit properly.
Start the hydraulic system: Turn on the main power switch, start the oil pump, and allow the system to preheat.
Parameter setting: Set parameters such as pressure, stroke, and speed according to the requirements of the processed parts.
Mold installation and debugging: Clean the mold installation surface, install the mold on the workbench and fix it, and then perform empty running debugging to check whether the mold and equipment actions are coordinated and whether there is interference.
Place the workpiece and position it: Place the workpiece to be processed in the correct position on the mold, and use a positioning device to ensure that it does not move during the processing.
Main cylinder action: The main cylinder is a double acting piston cylinder, fixed to the upper crossbeam through an oil circuit plate, and the main piston is rigidly connected to the movable crossbeam. After the device is started, the main piston moves up and down, driving the movable crossbeam to achieve the pressurization process. Hydraulic oil enters the main cylinder through the oil system under the action of the oil pump.
Pressurization: The main oil cylinder can be pressurized using dual control of time and pressure, and a new pressure control algorithm can be applied. During the pressurization process, the pressure gradually increases, causing the workpiece to be compressed and formed in the mold.
Pressure holding stage: When the set pressure is reached, enter the pressure holding stage to ensure the quality and stability of the workpiece forming.
Pressure relief: After the holding time is over, the system automatically releases pressure and the pressure gradually decreases.
Return journey: The movable crossbeam drives the main piston to return to its initial position.
Take out the workpiece: Open the mold and take out the processed workpiece.
Shutdown operation: Press the stop button to turn off the oil pump and the main power switch.
Throughout the entire work process, it is necessary to closely observe the operating status of the equipment, including pressure changes, stroke movements, oil temperature, etc., and pay attention to listening for any abnormal sounds from the equipment. At the same time, some design features in the equipment help improve performance and stability, such as the use of constant power variable displacement pumps, which can ensure long-term safe operation of the motor and achieve energy-saving effects; The newly designed plug-in valve structure can reduce the flow required for closing and shorten the response time; Using a dual process cooler to enhance cooling efficiency; Installing an accumulator on the compression valve plate can quickly charge the compression master cylinder, reduce pressure loss, and improve compression efficiency.
