1. Preparation before startup:
Check whether the various components of the hydraulic press are normal, including whether the wire winding structure is damaged, whether the movable crossbeam and mold are stable, etc.
Ensure that the oil level in the tank is sufficient, check if the oil pump sound is normal, and if there are any leaks in the hydraulic unit, pipelines, joints, and pistons.
Clean the debris on the mold and wipe the dirt on the hydraulic press rod.
Apply lubricating oil to the surface of the four pillars.
2. Power on: Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on.
3. Start the device idle: Let the device idle for a period of time, such as 5 minutes, to check if the device is running properly.
4. Mold installation (if replacement or installation of a new mold is required): It must be carried out under power-off conditions, and it is forbidden to collide with the start button, handle, or use a foot pedal on the foot switch. Ensure that the mold installation is stable and well aligned, adjust the mold gap, and do not allow unilateral deviation from the center. After confirming the fixation, try pressing the mold again.
5. Adjust working pressure: Adjust the working pressure of the hydraulic press according to specific processing requirements, but it should not exceed 90% of the rated pressure of the equipment. You can refer to the equipment manual or make adjustments based on past experience.
6. Pressure test: Test a workpiece and conduct formal production only after passing the inspection.
7. Place the workpiece: Place the workpiece that needs to be embossed in the appropriate position.
8. Automatic operation (if the device has automatic mode):
Set the "working state selection" switch to semi-automatic mode, the "exhaust mode selection" switch to exhaust mode, the "top cylinder state selection" switch to automatic mode, and the "pressure holding mode selection" switch to non-stop. The device is in automatic mode.
According to the set process, evenly add the raw materials into the mold cavity.
Press the "Two Hand Run" button with both hands at the same time, and the slider will quickly move down. After reaching the set limit, the slider will slowly move down, and the upper and lower molds will close and maintain pressure. After reaching the set time, the slider will return to release pressure and exhaust. The same exhaust action may be repeated multiple times in a row. After the action is completed, the slider slowly returns to the set limit and quickly resets. At this time, the slider is in a static pressure relief state.
Start the top cylinder, push out the product, the upper limit display light is on, remove the pressed product, retract the top cylinder, the lower limit display light is on, and the entire action is completed.
9. Manual operation (may be required in some cases):
Place the "working state selection" switch in the adjustment state, the "exhaust mode selection" switch in the non exhaust state, the "top cylinder state selection" switch in the manual state, and the "pressure holding mode selection" switch in the non-stop state, which is the manual mode.
Add the raw materials evenly into the mold cavity according to the process value.
Press the "master cylinder compression" button, slow down the slider, close the upper and lower molds and apply pressure to the process set value, perform pressure holding delay, and after reaching the set time, press the "master cylinder return" button to release pressure and exhaust the slider return. Repeat the same exhaust action multiple times in a row. After the exhaust action is completed, continue to press the "master cylinder return" button until the slider slowly returns to its original position, at which point the slider is in a static pressure relief state.
Press the "Top Cylinder Top Out" button to start the top cylinder, push out the product, and the upper limit display light will be on. After removing the pressed product, press the "Top Cylinder Return" button to return the top cylinder until the lower limit display light is on, and the entire operation is completed.
10. Pay attention to observation during the processing: pay attention to the operation status of the equipment, including whether the pressure is stable, whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations, etc. It is strictly prohibited to strike, stretch, weld, cut, bend, twist or perform other operations on the work while applying pressure.
11. Shutdown operation:
Before shutting down, lower the slider and close it with the rigid mold. After starting, return first.
Press the 'motor stop' button to turn off the oil pump and turn off the power switch.
It should be noted that precision embossed steel wire winding hydraulic presses produced by different manufacturers may have different operating details. Therefore, it is necessary to read the equipment's user manual carefully before operation, familiarize yourself with the equipment's performance and operating methods. At the same time, operators should receive professional training and strictly follow safety operating procedures to ensure the normal operation of equipment and the safety of operators. If any abnormal situation is found during the operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
