Working process:
Loading → Aerated pickling and rust removal → Ultrasonic chemical cleaning → Ultrasonic chemical cleaning → Ultrasonic water cleaning → Ultrasonic water cleaning + dehydration → Hot air drying → Hot air drying → Unloading.
Customized precision through-type industrial cleaning and drying equipment is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Cleaning system
Cleaning tank: Usually made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel. The cleaning tank is used to hold the cleaning liquid, and workpieces are cleaned in it. Its size and shape are designed according to the processing capacity of the equipment and the size of the workpieces.
Ultrasonic generator: Generates high-frequency ultrasonic signals and transmits ultrasonic energy to the cleaning liquid through transducers, using the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves to remove dirt on the surface and inside the workpiece.
Spray device: Composed of nozzles, pipes and pumps. The spray device can spray the cleaning liquid onto the workpiece surface at a certain pressure and angle to enhance the cleaning effect. For some workpieces with complex shapes, spray cleaning can cover areas that are difficult for ultrasonic waves to reach.
Filtering system: Used to filter impurities in the cleaning liquid and maintain the cleanliness of the cleaning liquid. The filtering system usually includes filters, pumps and pipes and other components. The cleaning liquid can be filtered and recycled regularly to reduce cleaning costs.
2. Drying system
Drying chamber: Made of heat-insulating materials, with heating elements and a hot air circulation system inside. The drying chamber is used to hold workpieces and perform drying operations. Its size and shape are designed according to the processing capacity of the equipment and the size of the workpieces.
Heating elements: Electric heating, infrared heating or hot air heating can be adopted. The heating element heats the air to a certain temperature, and then blows the hot air evenly onto the workpiece surface through the hot air circulation system to accelerate the evaporation of moisture and achieve the drying effect.
Hot air circulation system: Composed of fans, air ducts and filters. The hot air circulation system can make the hot air circulate in the drying chamber, improve drying efficiency and uniformity. The filter can filter impurities in the air and maintain the cleanliness of the drying chamber.
3. Conveying system
Conveyor chain or conveyor belt: Used to convey workpieces from the cleaning area to the drying area and maintain stable transmission of workpieces during the entire cleaning and drying process. The speed of the conveying system can be adjusted according to production needs.
Driving device: Provides power for the conveying system, usually composed of motors, reducers and frequency converters. The driving device can realize speed regulation and forward and reverse control of the conveying system to meet the cleaning and drying requirements of different workpieces.
4. Control system
Control panel: Installed on the operating table of the equipment and used to set cleaning and drying parameters such as cleaning time, temperature, pressure, and conveying speed. The control panel usually adopts touch screen or button operation for convenient operation and monitoring by operators.
Electrical control system: Composed of PLC (programmable logic controller), sensors, relays and contactors. The electrical control system can realize automatic control of the equipment, automatically run the cleaning and drying processes according to preset programs and parameters, and perform real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of the equipment's operating status.
5. Auxiliary system
Exhaust system: Used to discharge exhaust gas and steam generated during the cleaning and drying processes to maintain a clean and safe working environment. The exhaust system usually includes fans, air ducts and filters and other components.
Cooling system: Used to cool some components that are prone to heating during the cleaning and drying processes, such as motors and reducers, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The cooling system can adopt air cooling or water cooling methods.
Oil-water separation system: Used to separate oil and water in the cleaning liquid, maintain the cleanliness of the cleaning liquid and prolong the service life of the cleaning liquid. The oil-water separation system usually adopts physical separation or chemical treatment methods.
