   • Characteristics of the drying object:
     • Water content: According to the water content of the workpiece after cleaning, select the appropriate drying equipment power and drying time. Workpieces with high water content require equipment with greater power and high drying efficiency to ensure that the moisture can be completely removed within a reasonable time.
     • Heat resistance: Some workpieces are sensitive to temperature, such as some electronic components and plastic parts. When choosing drying equipment, ensure that the drying temperature will not cause damage to them. It may be necessary to choose low-temperature drying equipment or equipment with precise temperature control function.
   • Drying effect requirements:
     • Degree of dryness: If the drying degree requirements for workpieces are very high, equipment that can achieve deep drying needs to be selected, such as drying equipment with strong wind circulation and high-efficiency dehumidification functions. For some workpieces with not particularly strict drying degree requirements, ordinary hot air drying equipment can be selected.
     • Drying speed: If there are high requirements for the drying speed of workpieces on the production line, then equipment with high drying efficiency and fast heating should be selected to meet the needs of the production rhythm.
