Centrifugal fans having forward or backward curved blades tend to produce a spectrum which falls at approximately 5 dB per octave with increasing frequency, although there is a tendency for backward curved impellers to generate more energy at high frequencies and correspondingly less at low frequencies.

Centrifugal Blower Fans are mainly composed of four parts: scroll, impeller, frame and motor.
1.Scroll
The scroll is made of hot-dip galvanized sheet, the side plate and the middle plate are combined, and the imported air is stretched and formed. The casing is connected to the side plate by spot welding. A series of rivet nut holes are preset on the side plate for installation according to the direction of the air outlet required by the customers.
2.Impeller
The forward multi-wing impeller is made of hot-dipped rigid plates, and the blades are designed to conform to a specific shape of aerodynamics, so that the efficiency is the highest and the noise is the lowest. The blades are fixed on the center plate and front ring with riveting claws, and the impeller will have sufficient rigidity during continuous operation at maximum power. All impellers undergo static horizontal and air balance tests.
3.Frame
The frame is made of high-quality galvanized sheet, and the unique strengthening process ensures sufficient strength. The installation angle of the frame can be adjusted according to the different needs of customers.
4.Motor
TGZ series fans are equipped with a single-phase 220V/50HZ three-speed motor, which has the characteristics of flexible speed regulation and convenient installation. EC type can be carried out by means of thyristor voltage regulator and frequency converter.
