 TECHNICAL INFORMATION; Vacuum insulation panel cooler box offers a solution to the problem of maintaining critical protection and thermal stability over long distances for transporting vaccines, medication and food contents. It can be held at between +2ºC and +8ºC for more than 72 hours in an ambient temperature of 35ºC, and for in excess of 50 hours in an ambient temperature of - 25ºC.     We have PCM (Phase Change Material) ice pack designed for our cooler box that will satisfy many different ambienttemperature requests, Required Temperature Range and holding times from the user.  There are many different configurations for the use of this super box - please send in your enquiry stating required internal temperature range, minimum holding time and contents and we will be happy to suggest the correct box and phase change product to give you what you require. • What is VIP panel?

It is high performance microporous insulation panels covered in an impermeable polymer outer envelope which is heat sealed under vacuum to optimise the thermal performance.

• What is the core material?

The core of the panel insulation is Superfine glass fiber, it is a blend of filament reinforced silica and an opacifier. The outer envelope is an ultra-low permeation barrier film that comprises multiple metalised polymer layers. Exact barrier film specification may vary according to the application.

• Is it safe when i use with my food or others?

Core material is non-combustible and complies to the requirements of DIN4102. It is environmentally safe and completely recyclable.

• What is the thicknees of this panel?
