A: We have two packing forms: one is almost the same as original one but removed the LOGO, Website ,bar code which involves into infringement things ,another one is cowhide box without any printing.

3. What kind of the toner you are using? From China Or Japan?
A: The toner we use is based on the different products brands and models. Through our strict quality testing , model properties ,environmental temperature and other factors we will make the best schemes. The toner power come from China, Japan according to the different products brand and models.

4. What are the difference between your products and the original one ?
A: Our products are manufactured according to the original products standards.The products performance is tested accordance with the original print standards and print result in the test process, to ensure the printing output are more than 95%, our products can be fully comparable with the original.

5. How do you to deal with defective products.
A: Our products are 100% tested before ex-factory, if there are any defective products , we com mit to 1:1 replacement as well as all the related freight charge. (except the customized products with special requirement). If within 0.5% controls range , we can make a reasonable compensation.

6. Can you make samples order? What is the MOQ?
A: Yes, we can accept samples order, MOQ 20-30 pcs, which will be adjusted based on different brands and model .
