Two Shaft Shredders operate at low speed with high torque to minimized noise
and power consumption, whilst achieving high throughput rates.

This range of machines are particularly well suited to the size reduction of bulky or
voluminous materials which can include contamination such as metals or stones.

Manufactured from heat treated 42CrMo high grade alloy, the blades present excellent
wear and shock resistant properties.

This double shaft shredder/shredding machine can shred various plastic, such as bulk materials, metal, wood, plastic bottle, basket, boxes, carboard, pallets, pipe, plate, sheet, tire, big roll film,and some heavy duty city weste which are difficult to be shredded by single shaft shredder.

Characteristics of Plastic double Shaft Shredder


1. The frame is combinational structures, made from precision machined extra-thick sheet, slewing axis is forced, Lange-angle, hexagonal prism, the hopper is large-caliber, and substantial, so good-sized material is practicable.

Working Principle

The material will be transferred to the blades assemble chamber by conveyors,manually from hopper or forklift,material is taken up by the barbed blade, pulled unceremoniously into the machine and then shredded between the blades on the two opposing shafts sothe material will be tear,extrusion,shear and other integrative action,then the small pieces material will be out from the bottom of the shredder.
