When applying clad materials into batteries, high conductivity is one of the most significant advantages. Besides, these clad materials make welding easier, and are also useful for increasing the battery's performance (higher volume and smaller size) and improving productivity as well.

Al-Ni clad materials have good conductivity and processability. They can be directly welded to lithium-ion battery aluminum casings and terminals.

The raw material of aluminum strip is pure aluminum or aluminum alloy cast rolled roll, hot rolled roll, rolled by the cold rolling mill for different thickness, width of the sheet aluminum roll, and then according to the use, by the longitudinal shear longitudinal cut into different width of the aluminum strip.

The alloy grades of commonly used aluminum brands are 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5005, 5052, etc. Common states are O state and H state.According to the alloy elements contained in aluminum strip, aluminum strip and aluminum plate are also divided into 8 series.
