Impregnated Diamond Core Bit is made with high quality synthetic diamonds, mixed evenly through a metal alloy matrix. Using hierarchical mole technology, to reduce the contact area of diamond bit matrix and the labial surface of the rock surface, and improve the drilling speed. The diamond bit mole with steel layer, to increase the pressure applied to the rock drill lip, improve the drilling speed of the drill bit. Put the first-grade abrasive-high strength, coarse grain diamond and two grade abrasives -low strength, fine grain diamond in the diamond bit, to improve the life of diamond bit.
